MOLDING TECHNIQUE
The entire nail kit molds all at once. Each piece is set inside a frame and connected with sprues, mimicking how toy model kits are molded. Minimal sanding is required once pieces are cut from sprues.
The nail kit material is ABS plastic for the matte and shiny sets and acrylic for the clear sets.
