Sole Air
Branding concepts for a new footwear concept store Sole Air in New York City.
Branding and package design is inspired by retro futurism. I specifically looked at advertisement for Star Trek, Tron, and Star Wars with the intention of creating a feeling of nostalgia for the targeted demographic of age 28-40 males. There are subtle influences of this inspiration through my retro approach to the logo, cards, invoices, as well as a wall feature in the brick and mortar store. This feature is a mechanical wing motif where customers can pose and take photos while wearing their purchases.
